Purchased a Roni 16″ for close to $500.
The Roni was shipped and UPS showed it as delivered but I never got the package.
Called UPS and they told me that the shipper would have to make a claim.
Contacted the Glockstore and they said “sure we will do that for you”
Checked back in a week found out that the claim with UPS was never filed.
When I inquired about this I was told, “UPS shows the package delivered it is your problem”
With this kind of service I can easily spend my money elsewhere. In fact just bought a Glock 17 lower from a competitor.
