Glock 23 Conversion to 9MM

I dropped in a 9mm match barrel and have run 800 rounds down range with no issues.

Still I’ve heard replacing the stock guide rod is a good idea. The 9mm has less powder than the 40SW. I’ve checked the forums here and found nothing.

Any recommendations? Right now I’m not thinking I gain much given there have been now issues so far.
